We are looking for a Data Director to take ownership of our data strategy, ensuring that analytics, insights, and data governance drive business success. Job Requirements

  • Define and execute the company's data strategy, ensuring it aligns with business objectives.
  • Lead and develop a team of analysts and data engineers, driving best practices in data management and analytics.
  • Oversee data governance, compliance, and security to ensure adherence to industry standards.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to translate business challenges into data-driven solutions.
  • Build and maintain scalable data infrastructure that supports real-time and predictive analytics.
  • Foster a data-driven culture, promoting knowledge-sharing and continuous learning.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior data leadership role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of data platforms, analytics tools, and governance frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement a company-wide data strategy.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights clearly.
  • Experience leading and growing high-performing data teams.
  • A passion for data innovation and using insights to drive business success.
