Information Systems Documentation Specialist

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for an Information Systems Documentation Specialist to join our UniQue team.

What will you be doing in this role?

• Produce and maintain user manuals for information systems.
• Develop and maintain online help content for information systems.
• Create and update web-based documentation.
• Prepare and deliver training courses on information systems.
• Translate business and technical inputs into clear, user-oriented documentation for end users.
• Coordinate documentation activities with development and business teams.
• Ensure quality, usability, and accessibility of documentation.

What do you need to succeed in this position?

• Master's degree in IT and at least 11 years of relevant experience (or Bachelor's degree and at least 15 years of experience).
• Previous experience in technical documentation, user manuals etc.
• Strong experience in end user assistance of information systems.
• Experience with wiki, collaborative sites and social networks.
• Good knowledge of presentation tools (e.g. PowerPoint) and MS-Office.
• Knowledge of web languages or tools (e.g. html, flash) would be an advantage.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Advanced English (C1) communication skills (written and spoken).
