Requirements
- Programming Foundation: Solid experience with Go, Python, or similar languages, with eagerness to work in cloud-native environments and automation
- Cloud & Infrastructure Basics: Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, and at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP), along with infrastructure automation concepts
- Technical Curiosity: Interest in networking (protocols, configuration management, APIs) or experience with network devices, with willingness to deepen expertise
- Development Practices: Understanding of Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development principles
- Growth Mindset: 2-4 years of software development or infrastructure automation experience with demonstrated learning agility
- Problem-Solving Approach: Self-driven ability to break down complex technical challenges, debug issues independently, and drive solutions to completion
- Collaboration Skills: Strong communication abilities and experience working in agile development teams
- Open Source Interest: Enthusiasm for contributing to open source projects and learning from the broader developer community
