Product Owner

We're looking for a Product Owner to help deliver high impact digital products within the domain of intelligent maintenance systems.

You'll play a key role in a product-led, agile environment, working with technology, data and automation to improve operational performance and drive measurable business value. This role sits in a fast-paced, complex organisation where modern ways of working and continuous improvement are central to success.

As the voice of the customer, you'll lead delivery within a cross-functional agile squad, translating strategic goals into clear, prioritised backlogs. You'll define and refine user stories, support planning and delivery ceremonies, and collaborate closely with engineering, architecture and product management to ensure solutions are well-designed, valuable and ready for release. Your focus will be on maximising value, managing dependencies and ensuring outcomes meet agreed quality standards.

You will be a Product Owner with a strong grounding in agile delivery, comfortable working across both business and technical stakeholders. You'll bring a pragmatic, problem-solving mindset, thrive in ambiguity, and confidently balance user needs with commercial priorities.

Strong communication skills and the ability to influence, adapt and drive change are essential in this role as is experience of data-heavy software product development and AI solutions.
