Find out more at AVEVA Careers, You will join the Technical Support team based in France and responsible for the Engineering portfolio. As a Tech Support Engineer, reporting to the French Technical Support Manager, your main mission is to provide customer support for AVEVA's Engineering product portfolio and to contribute to AVEVA's business growth by ensuring customer satisfaction. The work will be carried out from AVEVA's office in Paris or remotely from Home according to our homework policy or at customers' location (in France, Europe, rest of the World if needed). The range of customers is large from multinational customers through to smaller national and regional customers. The primary product to be supported in this role is AVEVA Engineering, with the potential to extend to all AVEVA software in the Unified Engineering portfolio (E3D, Diagrams, Unified Engineering). Key responsibilities
- Provide highly expert and personalized first line product support to customers.
- Promptly address and resolve customer complaints or technical issues and escalate if necessary.
- Review and update support cases to ensure AVEVA meet KPI's outlined in customer support procedures.
- Technical: work within a dynamic team and show flexibility in the use and development of personal and technical skills to maximize the team's efficiency.
- Customers: Develop good working relationships with customers and always provide the highest level of customer service and professionalism.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Writing skills?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * Master's or Engineer's degree with a focus on (but not limited to) software engineering.
- Proven experience in plant engineering working for Owner Operators, EPCs, or Service providers.
- Familiar with software programming, ideally C# or VB.NET exposure to PML (AVEVA's programming language) would be an advantage.
- Excellent writing and speaking communication skills.
- French: Mother tongue
- English: Business fluent
- Strong customer oriented and customer satisfaction approach
