The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Helping with day to day maintenance and development of all our brand websites
• Liaising with external web agencies including hosting services
• Regular testing to ensure our web presence is optimised for mobile across all platforms
• The SEO process for all our brands and products

We are seeking a bright and proactive junior web developer; who will be working with the senior team & helping with the day to day maintenance processes for our portfolio of branded websites.

To be successful in this position you will:

• Have a strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS and PHP
• WordPress and WooCommerce experience essential
• Be confident writing code optimised for both desktop and mobile
• Experience of Google Webmaster tools including Analytics or similar (an advantage)
• Possess some experience with Search Engine Optimisation (a distinct advantage)
• Demonstrate creative and effective problem solving skills
• Use strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks within deadline
• Be comfortable in a fast-paced working environment
• Be able to coordinate and work efficiently as part of a larger team
• Will be working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday onsite

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
