Job description
The purpose of this role is to coordinate installation and de-installation of Algeco units and associated equipment with Installation Technicians, Project Managers and Tech Representatives. You will be supporting with the administration required throughout projects, communication between the Installation team and customers to ensure excellent customer service., Health, Safety and Environmental
- Responsible for health and safety and environmental-related matters, including compliance with safety policy, incident reporting, safety walks and observations to ensure prompt action and mitigation of risk to colleagues, visitors, suppliers, and customers.
- Ensure all activities align to the company's 'Five Basic Behaviours' and 'Our Life Saving Rules,' reinforcing good behaviours and correcting where required.
Customer Service
- Co-ordinate with other departments as required to guarantee the provision of efficient and positive service to the customer.
- Address any customer queries, concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, escalating where necessary.
- Keep customers informed of the progress of their project status, ensuring proactive
Operations Support
- Completion of Project Management toolkit prior to PM taking ownership of the Project
- Raise Installation, De-installation jobs accurately and
- Support Install Managers to ensure prioritisation, efficiency and compliance with
- Efficient communication between Maintenance and Installation Technicians, swiftly resolving customer issues and escalating where necessary.
- Assisting with co-ordinating Site Visits and communication with Customers
- Coordinate with Logistics Team to facilitate timely and efficient project installations and
- Ensure that Technicians have in-date required
- Ensure that Technicians have in-date equipment
- Ensure that Technicians are planned to work safely (eg working hours).
Administration
- Raise purchase orders for Technicians and third parties on behalf of Programme Delivery Manager, Install Manager, Project Managers or Tech Reps as required.
- Saving all mandatory documents in line with legal requirements and company
- Ensure month end reconciliation is
- Resolve Customer invoice queries and deal with supplier
- Manage 360 Install-related Purchase
Requirements
