Job description

Are you a detail-driven planner who enjoys coordinating projects and supporting customers? Would you like to work in a role that combines customer interaction, contract delivery, and operational planning?, You will be coordinating customer interactions and supporting the delivery of installation and maintenance contracts. You will be working closely with customers, engineers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure planning accuracy, strong communication, and efficient project execution.

As a Project support Coordinator, you will be:

  • Proactively managing installation and maintenance contracts for key accounts
  • Resolving customer issues through phone, email, and face-to-face interaction
  • Planning jobs, projects, and aftersales contract activities
  • Managing stock and service parts demand
  • Supporting engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers during delivery
  • Maintaining and updating project schedules and resources
  • Ensuring contractual obligations, processes, and deadlines are met
  • Preparing reports, documentation, and customer feedback summaries
