Job description

As an Internal Sales & Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their experience is smooth and professional. You'll handle enquiries, process orders, and build strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new opportunities to grow the customer base., * Answer incoming calls and respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally.

  • Process orders accurately and monitor delivery schedules.
  • Provide up-to-date information on product availability and stock levels.
  • Maintain and develop strong customer relationships.
  • Promote the full product range via phone and email.
  • Make outbound calls to generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
  • Research potential customers for the external sales team.
  • Support the wider Sales Team with administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident telephone manner with a natural ability to sell.
  • Customer-focused and adaptable to different situations.
  • Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Office 365).
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or account management is desirable.
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills.
