Graphics Designer & Online Marketing

• Assist the senior management in creating branding, sales and marketing collateral for Redbrick Academy . This will include entire campaigns which include posters, signage, pop-up stands, merchandise, web-mailers and logos etc.
• Liaise with the senior management to discuss their requirements - and help to resolve any issues related to the work produced
• Ensure all artwork produced meets the needs, requirements and brand values that have been prior set out.
• Creation of digital design work, including display banners, and motion graphics
• Help to produce internal sales and marketing material to promote Redbrick Academy and generate sales
• Creation of imagery, scheduling of posts and target marketing decisions for our Social Media Sites
• Run Social Media Ad campaigns within a specified budget
• Keep all online material up to date: Youtube, Website, Social Media, Blog and more

Do you have experience in Web design?, * Degree in graphic or web design preferable

• Good working knowledge of the whole Adobe Creative Suite
• A passion for creating stunning visuals for a range of clients
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Up to date knowledge of the latest design trends
• Creative flair and a good eye for detail
• Strong portfolio which shows experience with a range of programs and materials
• Experience in a digital agency is preferable but not essential
