Job description
An ambitious UK business is strengthening its reporting and analytics function and is looking for a BI Analyst to help deliver trusted, scalable insights across the organisation.
This role sits at the intersection of data, technology, and business, with a strong focus on dashboarding, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI (or similar)
- Develop data models to support consistent and reliable reporting
- Partner with non-technical stakeholders to understand reporting needs
- Ensure data accuracy, governance, and best practice documentation
- Continuously improve reporting performance and usability
Requirements
Do you have experience in Usability?, * Strong experience with Power BI (or Tableau / Looker)
- Solid SQL and data modelling skills
- Experience working with multiple data sources
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical audiences
- Background in an SME or scale-up environment is advantageous
