Job description

Act as an effective interface with Network TSOs and Network Performance Engineers to escalate, track, and complete operational issues, including supporting monthly pressure meetings and follow-on field actions.

Maintain robust DOMS+ Tier 1 and Tier 2 audit trails, validate and challenge DG2/DG3 data (including on/off times and boundaries), and ensure all outputs withstand audit and regulatory scrutiny.

Analyse DG3 failures, DMZ pressure reports, and pumped head data to identify root causes, raise corrective actions, and support accurate regulatory and annual performance reporting.

Demonstrate exemplary safety leadership, jointly accountable for team safety performance, including site standard investigations, health and safety audits, and investigation of network water quality exceedances.

Share best practice, consistently apply company policies and procedures, and contribute to improving network and performance outcomes through accurate data, investigation, and collaboration.
Requirements

Proactive, confident self-starter with the ability to manage workload independently, work on own initiative, and consistently meet strict deadlines.

Strong analytical reasoning, numeracy, IT literacy, and data manipulation skills, with a proven ability to identify, develop, and deliver effective solutions to complex technical and analytical problems

Highly developed communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships and influence others to deliver actions and information on time.

Proven technical knowledge of core business systems (including Salesforce, Aquavista, Water Core, Water Quality Infobank, OMS, and STS) alongside strong competence in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel.

Demonstrated record of improving productivity and maintaining high performance standards, with strong resilience to daily operational pressures and a clear understanding of how the role supports the organisation's strategic vision.
