Job description
We're looking for an experienced Change Manager to join our clients Main Civils Team on a major infrastructure project in the West Midlands. You'll play a key role in managing change control processes for ensuring scope, cost, and programme integrity across main contracts and subcontracts., * Implement and maintain robust change control procedures.
- Manage scope changes to deliver within budget and programme.
- Conduct cost and programme benefit analysis for value assurance.
- Ensure recovery of cost and time impacts for all client changes.
- Issue and respond to notices and formal contract communications promptly.

Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying (BSc/MSc) or equivalent experience.
- Membership of RICS, ICE, or CIOB.
- Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts.
- Highly organised with excellent written communication skills.
- Proficient in Excel, databases, and web-based software.
- Cooprative relationship builder with attention to detail.
