Job description
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive School Administrator to work in schools across Wakefield. This is a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the school office and supporting staff, students, and parents., + Manage student reception, providing a welcoming and professional first point of contact.
- Oversee attendance processes, ensuring accurate recording and reporting.
- Deliver high-quality administrative support across the school, including handling correspondence, maintaining records, and supporting operational needs.
- Liaise effectively with staff, parents, and external agencies.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a school administration role.
- Strong knowledge of attendance procedures and systems.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively.
