Play a key role in building responsible, high-impact digital banking services. We are hiring Scrum Masters across multiple domains: Channels, Invest, Payments, Cyber Defence, AI, and more. What you'll do:

• Join a multidisciplinary team of motivated experts, collaborating closely with your Product Owner to deliver high-quality applications in a fast-moving IT landscape.
• Act as a Servant Leader: support your squad by removing obstacles, managing dependencies, and helping them stay focused on what matters.
• Own the delivery: take full responsibility for turning ideas into deployed solutions, coordinating across teams (Scrum of Scrums) and ensuring releases go smoothly.
• Coach your team: nurture a culture of feedback, learning, and continuous improvement within and beyond your squad.
• Build impactful solutions using modern technologies like APIs, Kafka, React, and AI, contributing to secure and seamless client interactions.

• Solid grounding in Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban or XP, with practical experience.
• A good understanding of software delivery from end to end - including infrastructure, cloud environments, networking, and system operations.
• Familiarity with modern engineering practices like CI/CD, DevOps culture, test-driven development (TDD/BDD), and infrastructure as code (IaC).
• An academic background in Computer Science, IT or a related field (Bachelor's or Master's degree).
• Several years of hands-on experience in a similar Agile delivery environment.
• Proficiency in Dutch or French, along with a good working knowledge of English.
