Hybrid work model with 2 on-site days per week, including 1 fixed day determined by internal management and 1 flexible on-site day., The role involves acting as a Scrum Master within an Agile development team responsible for the evolution and maintenance of a core business application. The position includes guiding and coaching less experienced developers, ensuring adherence to Agile and Scrum practices, and overseeing functional and technical design principles.
Requirements
Do you have experience in XML?, The role also requires enforcing software development standards, advising team analysts, and supporting deployment activities. Experience in managing large-scale projects, preferably within a public-sector environment, is expected., * Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience.
- Confirmed experience as a Scrum Master within Agile development environments.
- Proven background in application development and maintenance of core business systems.
- Strong knowledge of:
- .NET 8 or higher
- Scrum / Agile methodologies
- SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), Practitioner level
- SQL Server
- Visual Basic
- XML
- Ability to coach and mentor development team members.
- Strong understanding of functional and technical software design principles.
- Experience supporting deployment processes.
Languages
- Dutch or French: native proficiency.
- The second national language: reading and comprehension required.
