Job description
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic IT Contract Management Epert to join our IT Strategic Sourcing Team of Gvernance and Operational Ecellence CoE.
The responsibility of this team is to ensure effective management of all the contractual lifecycle stages with suppliers, guaranteeing regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and service quality, supporting the business eperts and other support teams.
Your key responsibilities:
As an IT ContractManagement Epert you will:
Positively contribute to the maintenance of an optimal and trusting environment with internal stakeholders and third parties
Ensure the continuity of IT outsourced processes in accordance with legal, business, financial and C requirements.
Contract Lifecycle Management epertise: Assure registration, tracking, and updating of contracts in internal tools.
Eecution of renewals, renegotiations, terminations, and eit plans.
Risk Assessment and Compliance activities: Support and guidance in the eecution of risk profiling and assessments
Periodic regulatory controls and audit reviews.
Supplier Relationship Management skills: Direct communication for clause negotiation and amicable resolution of non-compliance.
Ensure strong and healthy relationships with suppliers.
End-to-end Business Support: Support and guidance through the whole provider's journey
Support and challenge in defining technical and operational specifications.
Support to business in the definition of SLAs and associated penalties.
Regulatory Documentation management: Provides support on preparation and archiving contractual documentation in line with policies and regulatory requirements.
Enabling Service Quality Monitoring self-monitoring: Enable tools and processes to monitor service quality KPIs (SLAs, KRIs, OCDs).
Identify inefficiencies and contract overlaps.
Allowing reporting activities: Periodic reporting on KPIs, KRIs, SLAs, and OCDs.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Negotiation?, High motivation to quickly learn about services of different nature and to propose process improvements
Background related to operational and IT environmental
Focus on cost efficiency projects
Ease of integration in multidisciplinary teams.
Passion for negotiation, both on the financial side and in the day-to-day management of projects and activities.
Organization and planning. Strictness in the eecution of tasks and perseverance in achieving objectives.
Ability to manage and creatively solve problems.
Collaborative and Social skills and ease in dealing with third parties.
Analytical and critical thinking to identify inefficiencies in services and operational processes.
Ability to prepare progress reports and deliverables.
Communication, graphic representation and presentation skills for advocacy and reporting.
Intermediate to high level Office package ("Ecel" and "Power Point" skills)
