Job description
As an experienced Microsoft 365 Specialist, you are the point of contact for users with questions and problems relating to Microsoft 365. You ensure that they can work optimally and comfortably. In addition, you continuously look at how the Microsoft 365 environment can be made smarter, more stable, and more user-friendly.
In practice, your work will consist of:
Providing daily support to users with questions and incidents related to Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, and other Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
Resolving complex user issues (2nd/3rd line), including analysis of recurring issues and structural solutions;
Actively improving and optimizing the Microsoft 365 environment based on user experiences and best practices;
Performing preventive management to avoid disruptions and usage problems;
Identifying bottlenecks in usage, design, and adoption, and translating these into concrete improvement proposals;
Investigating new Microsoft 365 functionalities and determining how they can add value to the organization;
Creating and maintaining clear user documentation, manuals, and instructions;
Preparing, testing, and supervising updates and changes;
Creating and monitoring policies, guidelines, and standards for the use of Microsoft 365;
Tackling and supervising larger improvements and changes on a project basis
Requirements
Do you have experience in SharePoint?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent level of education and thinking;
You have at least 4 years of demonstrable experience as a Microsoft 365 Specialist, with a strong focus on user support and environment improvement;
You get energy from helping users and know how to explain technical solutions clearly and comprehensively;
You have strong communication skills, are service-oriented, pragmatic, and stress-resistant;
You work independently, are proactive, and always think one step ahead;
You have good analytical skills and look beyond treating symptoms;
You have in-depth knowledge and experience with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, and Microsoft 365 apps such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
