Scrum Master Digital F / H

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
• Ensure adherence to agile principles and best practices
• Support teams with a basic technical understanding of APIs, microservices, and cloud environments
• Use Jira and Confluence to track progress, manage documentation, and report metrics
• Facilitate workshops and visual collaboration using Miro
• Coach teams to improve self-organization, accountability, and performance

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in software development
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Strong experience with Jira, Confluence, and Miro
