Interim Chief Digital Officer

For one of our retail clients, we are searching for an Interim Chief Digital Officer who can take charge of the digital organisation during a temporary leadership gap. In this role you will oversee digital commerce, online performance, customer experience and tech development, while keeping strategic initiatives moving at pace., * Set the direction for digital growth and ensure strong commercial performance

• Oversee online sales, key account development and digital experience
• Guide ongoing programs including platform improvements, new brand launches and data driven projects
• Manage digital systems, data integrity and external tech partners
• Support senior leadership with insights and strategic recommendations
• Lead multidisciplinary digital teams and ensure a smooth transition back to the permanent CDO

• Senior leadership experience in digital within retail or consumer brands
• Strong mix of strategic thinking and hands on execution
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
