Job description

In your role you will play a key role in supporting our operational and team managers to deliver high quality critical services to our residents and clients of the borough, whilst also ensuring smooth co-ordination, data accuracy and efficient task delivery to customers. The role is essential to support the teams in managing workloads, enhancing performance, supporting with data processing, ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting financial management and enabling strategic project delivery.

Requirements

In this role you will:

  • Previous experience of working in a technical or administrative role.
  • Enhanced technology skills and experience in using digital systems, data bases and tools to manage workloads and track performance.
  • Understanding of housing repairs or maintenance operations.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with a logical approach to solving problems.
  • Ability to work part of a team, including being able to work with minimum supervision or on own initiative.
  • Enhanced communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer care skills, to liaise effectively with a variety of stakeholders including operatives, managers and residents.
  • Good understanding of health and safety, risk assessments and COSHH legislation in relation to the works undertaken.

Benefits & conditions

Salary: Grade 6, £29,540 - £32,597 per annum.

37 hours per week
