Job description

As HR Systems and Payroll Analyst, you'll be a key contributor to the design, implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of system and process solutions as well as improving data integrity through operational reporting. You'll be an expert in MHR iTrent, in particular the Payroll module and Business Objects and will have at least intermediate SQL understanding.

You'll focus on improvements in our Payroll system set up and delivery, as well as supporting reward activities more generally. With a monthly payroll of c2000 staff you'll provide advice and guidance on the best practice use of our HR System and identify solutions to any problems that arise. You'll also be adept at Business Objects reporting to support data validation processes to maintain data quality and integrity.

Requirements

To succeed, you'll need a proven relevant background with iTrent experience, an expert understanding of transactional HR and Payroll processes, strong analytical and business process knowledge and excellent attention to detail.

You'll also need a demonstrable ability to work cross functionally/divisionally with other staff and deliver on continuous improvement projects within an agreed timeframe and be used to working without close supervision.
