Job description

Automatic Assignment of Social Workers: Develop a module to automatically assign cases based on availability, location, workload, and FTE, reducing manual allocation.
Collection Management: Build a tool to manage and track debt recovery, including reminders, payment plans, workflow integration with external platforms, and consolidated reporting.
Request Registry: Create a system to log, manage, and track requests, integrating automatically with the Social software to ensure full traceability.
