ICT Supporter (50-80%)

Tasks

• Serve as the main contact for IT inquiries from employees.
• Install, configure, and maintain workstations and software.
• Conduct first-level support and coordinate escalations., In this versatile role, you are the point of contact for our employees for all IT-related questions. You ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and navigate between support and operation of our systems. Your tasks include the installation, configuration, and maintenance of workstations, operating systems (Windows / MacOS / Linux), and the required software packages. You take on first-level support, coordinate escalations, and work closely with external partners. Furthermore, you perform maintenance work, analyze malfunctions, and take care of repairs or hardware replacements. Implementing IT security measures as well as creating and maintaining documentation are also part of your responsibilities.

• Completed ICT training with experience in first-level support.
• Proficient in Windows, MacOS, and Linux systems.
• Strong service orientation and analytical thinking., We are looking for an upbeat, reliable, and straightforward personality with a strong service orientation and enjoyment in dealing with people. You work independently, think analytically, and keep an overview even with diverse requests. You have completed vocational training as an ICT specialist and ideally have experience in first-level support. Good knowledge of Windows / MAC OS / Linux as well as MS Office is required. Good German language skills complete your profile.
