Job description
We are looking for two senior-level ICT support staff to join our team at an energy company. You will provide operational ICT support to line management and specialist departments and ensure stable and reliable support operations.
Tasks:
*Supporting line management and specialist departments and providing information on the current status of tickets
*Preliminary analysis and processing of tickets in Serviceware (ITSM suite), including independent resolution where possible
*Support and troubleshooting in the area of Microsoft 365, in particular Teams and SharePoint
*Management and processing of authorisation requests for: access, Active Directory, Jira, Confluence, SAP and Citrix
*Collaboration in 1st and 2nd level support
*Analytical processing of faults and enquiries
Requirements
Do you have experience in SharePoint?, *Several years of experience in ICT support, preferably at senior level
*Experience with ITSM tools (Serviceware)
*Know-how in the area of service management is an advantage
*Strong analytical and networked thinking
*Independent, structured and reliable way of working
*Team player and service-oriented
