Senior Data Analyst

You will work closely with the Data Analyst Team Lead to implement data strategies and mentor junior team members. Responsibilities

• Independently identify and execute high-impact data analysis projects
• Mentor junior analysts and provide technical guidance on projects
• Design and implement A/B tests for marketing, app monetization, and product features
• Create and maintain dashboards for monitoring key advertising metrics
• Develop automated reporting solutions and data pipelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve business challenges
• Support data infrastructure improvements and maintenance
• Lead A/B testing (marketing, app monetization, product testing)

• 4+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in Ad tech
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools
• Experience in A/B testing and statistical analysis
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present findings to stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and data tools (Databricks, Grafana, Elasticsearch, Kibana)
• Solid understanding of ad tech metrics and OpenRTB protocol
