Job description
- Roadmap Execution & Backlog Ownership
- Convert product vision and priorities into a clear technical roadmap.
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, balancing new features with technical debt.
- Technical Leadership & Architecture Alignment
- Act as the main technical contact and ensure architectural consistency across teams.
- Drive reusable component design and integrate delivery insights into architecture decisions.
- Cross-Regional Coordination
- Coordinate collaboration between leadership and global delivery teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.
- Quality, Reliability & Performance
- Own product quality through performance metrics, testing standards, and release management.
- Monitor KPIs like adoption, defect rates, and release velocity to ensure reliability.
- Documentation, Playbooks & Internal Enablement
- Create and maintain technical documentation and implementation playbooks.
- Lead enablement sessions to educate markets on features, roadmaps, and best practices.
Requirements
· 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Owner, Solution Architect, Senior Developer/Tech Lead, or similar role.
· Deep hands-on experience with headless architectures, React/Next.js, composable commerce, and API-driven integrations.
· Strong understanding of design systems (Figma, design tokens, Storybook) and reusable component engineering.
· Strong technical writing ability (user stories, documentation, acceptance criteria, architecture notes).
· Excellent stakeholder management - able to work with engineers, architects, delivery leads, and commercial teams.
· Comfortable working in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
· Fluent in English; more languages is a plus.
Nice-to-Have
· Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify, Magnolia, Contentful, or other MACH platforms.
· Experience in enterprise delivery environments with multi-brand or omnichannel needs.
· Familiarity with GitHub/GitLab workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and automated QA frameworks.
Experience with performance optimization, observability, or DevOps concepts.
