Technical bid analyst

The Technical Bid Analyst supports the preparation of technical documentation for public and private tenders, ensuring Factorial delivers accurate, compliant, and competitive submissions. This position combines technical writing, cross-team technical coordination, and product demonstrations within the tender process., * Analyse tender documents to identify technical requirements, KPIs, and evaluation criteria.

• Draft and review technical proposal sections (architecture, integrations, security, SLAs, implementation approach).
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure consistency and accuracy of technical content.
• Prepare and adapt product demos for evaluators or internal stakeholders, aligning them with tender scenarios.
• Maintain and update libraries of reusable content, technical templates, and standard documentation.
• Support clarification rounds and ensure technical alignment across all proposal components.

• 1-2 years of experience in technical documentation, bid support, or pre-sales engineering.
• Solid understanding of SaaS environments, APIs, and integration concepts.
• Strong writing, analytical, and coordination skills with attention to detail.
• Comfortable communicating with technical teams and presenting demos.
• Professional proficiency in Spanish and Catalan, with working knowledge of English.
• Experience with HR or SaaS platforms is an advantage.
