Job description
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers worldwide
- Organize and deliver training sessions for internal teams and partners
- Advise new and existing customers on Belden products (Wired/Wireless/ Security/IO & Protocols)
- Collaborate closely with R&D, Product Management, and Sales to improve products
- Optimize support processes and Help Desk systems for efficiency and scalability
- Lead and develop your team: task allocation, motivation, and recruiting
Requirements
Do you have experience in Scalability?, * Education - Degree in Computer Science, IT, Communication Engineering or equivalent experience with networking certifications
- Experience - 10+ years in technical customer support or project management, 5+ years of leadership experience
- Knowledge & skills - Industrial Ethernet (wired and wireless), Communication Protocols (e.g., HSR, MRP, PRP, RSTP, Modbus, PROFINET, EtherNet/IP), Troubleshooting, VLANs and Subnetting, Network Security, Monitoring and Diagnostics as well as Technical Support Management, Escalation Handling, Performance Monitoring, Mentoring and Coaching, Workflow Coordination, Resource Allocation, Conflict Resolution, Cross-Functional Communication, Service Quality Assurance, Process Improvement
- Personality - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, assertiveness, team-oriented mindset, entrepreneurial attitude with high self-motivation and resilience, intercultural competence, adaptability in multicultural environments, openness and respect for diverse perspectives
- Willingness to travel - Occasionally internationally
- Language proficiency - Fluency in English
