Job description
- Provide on-site & remote; IT Installation, deployment and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and networking.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment across multiple locations.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently to minimise downtime.
- Collaborate with the central IT team to implement technology upgrades.
- Ensure Documentation and Reporting is compliant with the organisation's IT policies and standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems and support activities.
- Travel between sites to deliver consistent technical support as needed.
- Train and assist users in operating IT systems effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT field engineering - Installation, deployment, maintenance and troubleshooting
- Proven track record of networking, server infrastructure, a variety of endpoints, and IT hardware.
- Familiarity with routers, switches, firewalls and cabling systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel to various locations as part of the role.
- Relevant IT qualifications or certifications are advantageous.
