IAM Engineer

I'm looking for a hands-on IAM Operations Engineer to join a global insurance client on a 12-month Outside IR35 contract. You'll play a key role in supporting and enhancing identity and access management services and help drive operational excellence across enterprise security platforms., * Support and enhance global IAM services (PAM, SSO/MFA, Directory Services)

• Handle day-to-day IAM operational requests and provide best-practice guidance to project teams
• Contribute to IAM compliance, certifications, and audit activities
• Help shape and execute the IAM roadmap as platforms are standardised globally
• Automate processes and support platform improvements using PowerShell or Python
• Collaborate with global IT teams to ensure secure, resilient, and compliant IAM services

• Strong hands-on experience with enterprise IAM technologies (CyberArk, Delinea, Okta, MS Entra ID, Active Directory)
• Solid understanding of access management, privileged access management, and directory services
• Experience scripting or automating tasks using PowerShell or Python
• Comfortable working in a global environment and managing competing priorities
• Insurance or financial services experience is highly desirable

To be considered for this role you MUST have experience working within the financial sector.
