Senior IBA Technician

• Maintain accurate records of loans, analyze the creditworthiness of potential customers, and manage debt recovery.
• Monitor client accounts to identify overdue payments and act to encourage timely debt payments.
• Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status to the Finance Department.
• Resolve client billing issues and reduce the amount of overdue debts.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Undertake credit checks on potential customers.
