Junior Application Engineer - Custom Solutions

• Design and implement custom software solutions for small to mid-sized automation projects
• Collaborate directly with clients to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications
• Configure, develop, and integrate systems - both software and hardware - into the client's IT/OT landscape
• Document solutions, provide training, and ensure long-term maintainability of systems
• Take the lead on technical aspects of less complex projects or manage specific modules within larger ones
• Mentor junior engineers and actively share knowledge across the team

Do you have experience in Visual Basic?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Technical Business Administration, or a related field - or equivalent professional experience

• Solid knowledge of SQL Server, T-SQL, and working experience with VB.NET or C#.NET
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and business logic
• Strong communication skills and the ability to confidently interact with clients
• Fluency in Dutch and English (professional level)
• Valid VCA-VOL certificate (or willingness to obtain it)

• Hybrid working model - mix of home, office, and client site (approx. 2-3 days/week)
