Job description
- Technical support to end-users, using Windows OS.
- Evaluating, categorizing, and logging user requests and providing 1st & 2nd line of support solutions.
- Follow up requests to ensure timely resolution of problems which cannot be solved in the 1st line and proactively look for possible solutions.
- Installation and maintenance of existing and new servers, workstations, laptops and printers.
- Assist and advise users with technical incidents or questions.
- Maintain a continuous streamline of support to users.
- Contribute to the technical planning for the migration of software packages.

Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, * An IT professional with a passion for IT and around 2-5 years of work experience in a relevant role is a pré.
- A MBO or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or similar subject is considered an asset.
- Previous experience with management of M365 products & Active Directory.
- Work experience in an international environment is considered as an advantage.
- You are characterized as pro-active, service-minded, responsible and reliable.
- Good English skills, both written and verbal.
- Willing to work fulltime in the office in Rotterdam.
- You have full working rights for The Netherlands. Visa/work permit sponsorship can unfortunately not be offered for this role.
