Job description

  • Supporting users (Single Point Of Contact CISS) for, among others;
  • Point of contact for business
  • Onboarding, training and guidance of new users
  • CISS Instructions and Quick Reference cards
  • Manage Flight Information mailbox
  • Advising on the use and application of functionalities
  • Applying the incident management process
  • Registering and directing incidents
  • Analyzing and documenting incidents
  • Applying the change management process
  • Registering and supplementing changes
  • Testing and documenting changes
  • Performing chain tests
  • Optimizing management processes (Incident & change management)
  • Improving the registration system
  • Gain insight into incidents and changes (set up reports)
  • Performing user management consisting of managing user roles and rights
  • Professionalizing incident management within Flight Information
  • Initiate proactive management
  • Ensure (functional) documentation

Requirements

  • HBO working and thinking level, with 3-6 years of relevant IT work experience.
  • Experience as an administrator or hands-on consultant with a role-based application is a must.
  • Demonstrable experience in setting up and professionalizing processes.
  • Apply procedural growth in management tasks, oversee and signal/expand services.
  • Good analytical skills to resolve incidents and develop problem solutions.
  • Experience in dealing with and supporting users and building and maintaining your internal network.
  • Growth mindset, proactive, enterprising, structured, accurate and reliable.
  • Knowledge and experience within aviation are an advantage.
