Job description
The Business Support Desk Specialist will be responsible for:
- Configuring, managing, and optimising business-critical systems.
- You'll support colleagues and external partners by ensuring that processes run smoothly and systems function correctly.
- You'll be a key link between business and IT, contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and tools.
User Management:
- Ensure correct access and authorisations for internal and external users.
User support:
- Answering questions and explaining how to perform periodic tasks.
System configuration:
- Configuring systems to enable collaboration with vendors, dealers, and end users.
Incident and defect management:
- Record and analyse incidents, determine priorities and coordinate solutions together with IT.
Process improvement:
- Actively participate in projects and initiatives to improve systems and processes.
Requirements
- HBO education or demonstrable HBO work and thinking level
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in IT
- Experience with user management and system configuration
- Analytical skills and problem-solving thinking
- Strong communication skills; able to translate business questions into IT solutions
- Good command of the Dutch and English languages
- Accurate working method and a proactive, solution-oriented attitude.
