Tasks

• Ensure agile processes across multiple Scrum Teams.
• Conduct and facilitate Scrum events and processes.
• Support stakeholders in understanding and implementing Scrum methodology., For an external client project in the greater Zurich area, we are looking for an experienced, competent individual for the position of Senior Consultant Scrum Master at senior level (from 5 years) starting from 01.07.2026 Brief description: Organizes and ensures the flow of Scrum events (e.g., Daily Scrum, Retro, Sprint Planning) and processes (problem solving, supporting the Scrum team, managing the backlog, etc.) across multiple Scrum teams.

Main tasks:

• Ensuring agile processes across multiple Scrum teams
• Conducting and moderating Scrum events or similar
• Supporting both the client and supplier (coaching, conflict resolution, removing impediments, etc.)
• Ensuring that product goals, scope, and domain are known and understood within the Agile team
• Supporting and coaching stakeholders in understanding and implementing Scrum methodology and empirical product development
• Collecting relevant metrics
• Developing and implementing improvement proposals
• Collaborating with project management and the Product Owner

• Degree in Computer Science or related field and certifications.
• Over five years of experience in agile principles and frameworks.
• Excellent German (C1) and good English communication skills., * University degree/FH degree in (business) computer science or training as an EFZ computer scientist with corresponding further training
• Further training in agile software development (e.g., Scrum Master, SAFe)

Knowledge and professional experience:

• More than five years of professional experience in the field
• Knowledge of agile principles and frameworks
• Practical application of agile software development including tools and metrics in complex projects
• Knowledge and experience with Scrum of Scrums (SoS) or similar frameworks/methodologies
• Experience with software development of complex applications
• Experience in collaboration with public administration (police organizations and other blue light organizations/intelligence service preferred)

Additional requirements:

• Very good German skills (at least level C1) and good English skills, both spoken and written
• Impeccable reputation, acceptance of a personal security check, and signing of a confidentiality agreement
• Ability to advise and solve problems in demanding and complex issues
