SAP SuccessFactors ECP Specialist - German Payroll

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Specialist with strong expertise in German Payroll to support a payroll migration project.

The role focuses on migrating German Payroll from SAP ECC to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, ensuring accurate configuration, statutory compliance, and a smooth transition to ECP. You will work closely with HR and IT stakeholders, supporting payroll processing, integrations with Employee Central, and project go-live activities.

Candidates must have hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors ECP, proven knowledge of German payroll regulations, and prior experience delivering payroll migrations from ECC to ECP. A strong understanding of ECP schemas and rules is essential, along with familiarity with SAP CPI for payroll integrations.
