Job description
- Develop and execute comprehensive OCM strategies tailored to ServiceNow implementations, aligning with project timelines and business objectives.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis, identify key influencers, and lead change readiness assessments to proactively address adoption risks.
- Design and deliver targeted training programs, user guides, and communications to support workforce transition and sustain long-term usage.
- Measure change effectiveness through feedback loops, adoption metrics, and continuous improvement plans, ensuring measurable behavioural and process changes.
Requirements
- Proven expertise in organizational change frameworks (e.g., Prosci) and their practical application in large-scale IT transformations.
- Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills, with ability to engage diverse audiences from executives to frontline users.
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, adept at tailoring messages to different stakeholder groups.
- Analytical mindset with experience using survey tools, adoption dashboards, and qualitative feedback to guide interventions.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Communications, Human Resources, or a related business discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in OCM roles, preferably within IT system implementations such as ServiceNow, ERP, or CRM platforms.
- ServiceNow knowledge.
- Good English level (C1) you will be working with international teams.
Nice to have:
- Formal certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent)

Hybrid. Madrid city center (Sol area). 3 days a week in the office + 2 days remote.
