Are you passionate about technology that keeps an airline running safely and on time? In this role, you'll take ownership of the IT systems that power Ground Operations, Maintenance & Engineering, and Safety, ensuring they run smoothly, reliably, and in full compliance.
You'll work closely with operational teams to understand their needs, turn them into system requirements, and deliver solutions that improve efficiency and continuity. You'll lead IT initiatives end-to-end, coordinate with vendors, and drive process improvements across mission-critical applications.
Experience with systems like DCS (GoNow), AMOS, AIMS, ISQMS/Safety, ACARS/Type B, CUTE/CUSS or Airbus World will be highly valued. If you enjoy solving operational challenges through technology, this role is a great fit.

How will it be to work with us?
- Implement and manage systems used in Ground Ops, Maintenance and Safety, ensuring proper configuration, validation and integration.
- Provide Level 3 support for key tools (DCS, AMOS, ISQMS, Safety Reporting, ACARS/Type B, airport systems), solving root causes and supporting teams during disruptions.
- Keep platforms updated and compliant with IATA, EASA, Part-145, Part-M and Safety standards.
- Coordinate with vendors on upgrades, fixes, enhancements and custom developments.
- Lead IT projects end-to-end, managing scope, timelines, risks and handovers.
- Support change management, training key users and ensuring smooth adoption of new functionalities.
- Drive continuous improvement, proposing system enhancements that boost efficiency, safety and punctuality.
Requirements
Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in IT roles supporting operational or mission-critical environments.
- Background in Ground Ops, Maintenance & Engineering or Safety systems is a strong plus.
- Experience leading complex IT projects; PMP is a bonus.
- Solid knowledge of airline operational systems: DCS, AMOS, AIMS, Safety/Quality platforms, ACARS/Type B.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a structured approach.
- Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (Ground Ops, Maintenance, Safety, OCC, airports).
- Fluency in Spanish and English
