Job description
As a Graduate Data Analyst at Via, you will work closely with product, engineering, and commercial teams to turn data into insight. Your analysis will directly influence candidate matching, employer decision-making, and how the platform scales.
This is not a passive reporting role. You will be encouraged to explore data, test ideas, and help shape how Via uses analytics and AI., * Analyse candidate and employer data to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Build dashboards and reports to support product and commercial decisions
- Support development of matching logic, scoring models, and performance metrics
- Work with large datasets covering jobs, salaries, locations, and user behaviour
- Track growth, engagement, and conversion metrics across the platform
- Support ad hoc analysis and experimentation as the business grows
Requirements
We are now hiring a Graduate Data Analyst to join our core team. - Comfortable working with data, numbers, and spreadsheets
- Curious, analytical, and keen to understand how systems work
- Able to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Proactive, self-motivated, and excited by fast-paced environments
Experience with Excel, SQL, Python, R, Power BI, or Tableau is beneficial but not essential. Curiosity and willingness to learn matter more than a perfect toolset., * Data Administration
