Quality Assurance Technician

• Prepare First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs) from Inspection Control Plans (ICPs)
• Carry out dimensional and visual inspections using a range of measuring equipment, including CMM, Keyence, Vicci, micrometers, and shadow graphs
• Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with AS9100 and company procedures
• Support shop floor audits, reviewing documentation and maintaining accurate quality records
• Work closely with production and logistics teams to resolve quality-related queries
• Maintain quality documentation and ensure full traceability of inspection and audit records
• Complete additional tasks as directed by the Quality Manager
