Job description

  • Interpret and report on data from multiple sources, including websites, social media, CDPs, and campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to inform marketing decisions.
  • Support the creation and delivery of a data strategy aligned with university objectives.
  • Manage web analytics tools and define KPIs for traffic, conversions, and engagement.
  • Conduct A/B testing and UX analysis to optimise website performance.
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with GDPR.

Requirements

Do you have experience in UX?, * Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or Business Analytics.

  • Experience interpreting Customer Data Platforms and presenting actionable insights.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and web performance metrics.
  • Proficient in tag management (e.g., Google Tag Manager) and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate data into clear recommendations.

Desirable:

  • Experience with data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio).
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing platforms and UX principles.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and consent management platforms., * Do you have a Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or Business Analytics or related degree?
  • How many years' experience in interpreting Customer Data Platforms and presenting actionable insights do you have?
