Job description
- Interpret and report on data from multiple sources, including websites, social media, CDPs, and campaigns.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to inform marketing decisions.
- Support the creation and delivery of a data strategy aligned with university objectives.
- Manage web analytics tools and define KPIs for traffic, conversions, and engagement.
- Conduct A/B testing and UX analysis to optimise website performance.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with GDPR.
Requirements
Do you have experience in UX?, * Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or Business Analytics.
- Experience interpreting Customer Data Platforms and presenting actionable insights.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and web performance metrics.
- Proficient in tag management (e.g., Google Tag Manager) and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate data into clear recommendations.
Desirable:
- Experience with data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio).
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing platforms and UX principles.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and consent management platforms., * Do you have a Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or Business Analytics or related degree?
- How many years' experience in interpreting Customer Data Platforms and presenting actionable insights do you have?
- Do you have experience with data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio)?
