Technical Salesforce Consultant

• 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce Sales Cloud experience (Service Cloud and CPQ are strong pluses).\r\n
• Salesforce certifications are required.\r\n
• Strong analytical and structured approach, with a proactive and data-driven mindset.\r\n
• Fluency in English is required; German is a plus.\r\n
• Based in Berlin or open to relocation (DACH travel may be required).\r\n

• Provide end-to-end consulting on Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud implementations, from planning through execution, training, and ongoing support.\r\n
• Design and deliver tailored business and technical solutions that meet client requirements.\r\n
• Advise clients on functional, technical, and methodological aspects of Salesforce, including CPQ and Agentforce.\r\n
• Support data modeling, performance tuning, automation strategies, and security best practices.\r\n
• Identify and resolve system inefficiencies, continuously optimizing CRM activities.\r\n
