Product Owner

NN Digital Hub is a subsidiary company of Nationale Nederlanden Group located in Madrid, Spain. We deliver IT services and solutions for the different international Business Units from Nationale Nederlanden Group. Our objective is to create, deliver and maintain insurance product management solutions, as service propositions to enable any agent (linked or direct), machine or company to create and sell insurance products in Europe in an automated way and real time. We deliver IT services and solutions for the different international Business Units from Nationale Nederlanden Group Currently we are expanding our Data & AI team and are seeking a passionate and accomplished Product Owner to lead the implementation and ongoing management of our AI & Data Marketplace and AI Governance systems, leveraging a modern technology stack including AWS and ServiceNow platforms. Your Impact as Product Owner: As the Product Owner, you will drive the vision and execution for the AI & Data Marketplace and AI governance solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional hybrid teams to ensure robust, scalable, and compliant management of AI assets, enabling responsible innovation and business value across NN Group. Your Responsibilities:

• Define and prioritize the product backlog based on customer needs and business goals/OKRs.
• Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products. This includes hosting sprint planning, sprint reviews, PO board meetings, standup meetings, customer workshops
• Take responsibility as an asset owner to ensure order, security, and cost optimization.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including customers, team members, and management.
• Monitor and report on product performance, making recommendations for improvements.
• Coordinate with engineering, security, compliance, and business stakeholders to ensure compliant future proof and scalable solution delivery

Do you have experience in ServiceNow?, * Experience in product ownership, with 3+ years in data, AI, or governance.

• Skilled in balancing standardization with business unit autonomy in complex environments.

• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and influence across IT and business teams.

• Strong analytical skills for prioritizing features based on impact, feasibility, and risk.

• Good understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks for AI and data (AI Act, GDPR, DORA), with proven experience embedding these into technical solutions.

• Good knowledge of cloud architecture (AWS), Software delivery, including integration, workflow automation, and modern DevOps practices.
