Join us as a QA Automation Lead to contribute to a challenging project that will test software and hardware in a real laboratory environment, ensuring the quality of a complete and interconnected ecosystem of products in the pharmaceutical industry., We are looking for a QA Automation Lead with extensive experience in web and API testing and hybrid environments.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the QA strategy, being part of a cross-functional team that unifies testing processes across multiple products, designing a centralized test environment, and ensuring the quality of systems interacting with physical laboratory equipment and reagent control software., * Define and lead the testing strategy, establishing acceptance criteria and test planning.
- Coordinate the QA team, prioritizing efforts and balancing capacity vs. scope.
- Serve as the visible QA representative to Product Owners, Project Managers, and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare status reports, KPIs, and lead go/no-go discussions.
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for UI, API, and end-to-end testing.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and assess the impact of changes on infrastructure and test environments.
- Estimate testing efforts, maintain documentation, and guide continuous improvement of the QA team.
Requirements
Do you have experience in UI?, * 7+ years of experience in QA, with 2-3 years as a QA Lead / Test Manager.
- Strong experience in manual and automated testing, integration, regression, and API testing.
- Knowledge of automation frameworks and CI/CD tools (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Jenkins, GitLab CI, Docker).
- Experience with test management and reporting tools (TestRail, Xray, JIRA).
- Technical understanding sufficient to discuss CI/CD and infrastructure impacts with DevOps and development teams.
- Strong communication skills in English and experience working in Agile environments.
- Experience working in SAFe or a large-scale Agile environment.
- ISTQB Advanced Test Manager or equivalent certification is preferred.
