Job description
- Lead, coach and develop a team of 6 FTE (integration engineers & platform specialists)
- Own and prioritise the integration roadmap with business stakeholders
- Drive delivery on SAP BTP Integration Suite and adjacent integration platforms
- Ensure engineering excellence through CI/CD, testing, observability and quality standards
- Enable business value through integration-driven improvements and selected AI initiatives/pilots
- Ensure reliability, security, SLA adherence, incident/problem management and cost control
- Manage key stakeholders and external partners (contracts, SOWs, budgets)
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience leading engineering/consulting teams (integration/platform)
- 6-8+ years of experience designing and delivering integrations
- Strong hands-on understanding of SAP BTP Integration Suite and modern integration patterns
- Experience with Agile delivery, CI/CD and production-grade integration standards
- Exposure to AI/ML use cases and bringing pilots into production is a plus
- Strong communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus)
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in IT/Engineering or equivalent experience
