Job description
Lead solution architecture for SAP-driven transformation programs in Hi-Tech industries, addressing critical dimensions of business processes, data & analytics, applications, and technology platforms.

Define and own the end-to-end solution architecture for SAP S/4HANA and related supply chain solutions (IBP, EWM, TM, Ariba), including integrations, data migration, and non-functional requirements.

Ensure technical solutions meet current business needs and future scalability for Hi-Tech manufacturing and distribution models.

Develop and implement an enterprise roadmap for SAP Supply Chain, including digital capabilities for Industry 4.0, IoT, and advanced analytics.

Provide leadership and guidance on SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain modules (MM, PP, SD, WM/EWM), SAP IBP, and integration with MES, PLM, and external platforms.

Drive solution governance, ensuring adherence to enterprise architecture principles and standards.

Participate in key governance forums: Architecture Review Boards, Program Boards, Change Control Boards, and Integration Management meetings.

Support business development and pre-sales activities, including proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and client workshops.

Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and solution architecture issues, ensuring timely resolution.

Collaborate with third-party vendors, internal teams, and client stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Financial Oversight & P&L Responsibility:

Develop and manage budgets for SAP High-Tech projects, ensuring cost-efficiency and alignment with company goals.

Monitor P&L performance for the SAP High-Tech business, identifying areas for cost optimization and revenue growth.
Requirements
You are a seasoned architect with deep SAP expertise and strong business acumen in Hi-Tech industries.
- Extensive experience in consulting or large-scale SAP transformation programs.
- Proven delivery capability for SAP S/4HANA End to End Supply Chain implementations.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Activate methodology, including Model Company and Value Lifecycle Management.
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).
- Expertise in SAP Supply Chain modules: MM, PP, SD, EWM, IBP, and integration with Ariba, PLM, MES.
- Understanding of Hi-Tech industry processes: configure-to-order, engineer-to-order, global sourcing, and complex manufacturing.
- Experience with digital technologies: IoT, AI/ML, APIs, Cloud Integration.
- Ability to design and deliver Agile-based solutions.
- Strong understanding of data migration, master data governance (MDG), and analytics.
- Excellent client interaction skills, with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Superior problem-solving, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Willingness to travel for project-related activities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SAP MM, SD, PP, QM
- Experience with SAP IBP for demand and supply planning.
- Knowledge of SAP EWM/TM for logistics execution.
- Familiarity with SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) for extensions and integrations.
