Job description
We don't expect you to be a specialist on day one. We take our mentorship model and apply it to the cutting edge:
- Phase 1 (Foundations): Master the Founda platform, learn the nuances of the DACH healthcare market, and handle Level 1 support incidents.
- Phase 2 (Cloud Integration): Get hands-on with AWS and Kubernetes (K8s). You will learn how our solutions are deployed, monitored, and maintained in a modern cloud environment.
- Phase 3 (Regional Ownership): Take the lead on technical issues in the DACH region, acting as the bridge between our customers and our Infra and Engineering teams to ensure high availability and performance.
What You'll Do
In this role, you aren't just a troubleshooter; you are the frontline expert and a vital link in our development lifecycle.
Your journey begins at the heart of our operations, where you'll monitor and resolve incoming Level 1 and 2 tickets. As you navigate these real-world challenges, you'll dive deep into both Windows and Linux environments, mastering log navigation and gaining hands-on experience with Apache Tomcat. This isn't just about fixing what's broken, it's about technical discovery. You will identify and document bugs, turning complex problems into clear, actionable insights for our technical teams.
As you grow, your scope expands into the world of modern cloud infrastructure. You'll assist with platform configurations, gaining direct exposure to AWS and Kubernetes clusters, ensuring our solutions remain robust and scalable.
However, your impact goes beyond the code. You act as The Bridge between our users and our builders. By advocating for customer needs and relaying critical feedback, you directly influence the evolution of our SaaS delivery. Finally, you'll help pave the way for others by contributing to our technical knowledge base, crafting everything from quick-start FAQs to sophisticated cloud configuration guides.
