Job description
You'll be the first person our our users speak to when something isn't working. Your job is to is to try fix the issue or escalate if you can't. But always try to keep calm and friendly.
This role is office-based at initially so you can properly learn our systems and how we work. Once you're comfortable with the systems and process you'll be working hybrid.
What You'll Be Doing

Handling first line support tickets for VTAB users

Fixing everyday IT issues across Windows and Microsoft 365 and MacOs users

Helping users with devices, email, backups, and security

Keeping tickets updated and tidy

Passing issues on when needed and learning from the process
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, Experience in first line or helpdesk IT support. If you have server and network experience even better.

Looking for someone calm, friendly, and good with people

Able to explain IT problems without using jargon to avoid confusing people.
